Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Preschool Teacher who can create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning workplace for young children. The teacher will be responsible for classroom management, activity-based learning, child development, and effective communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based learning sessions.
Create a warm, protected, and positive classroom environment.
Engage children through stories, rhymes, music, art, craft, games, and creative activities.
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Maintain classroom discipline and follow daily routines.
Observe and track children's learning and developmental progress.
Prepare classroom activities, teaching aids, and displays.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child.
Communicate professionally and regularly with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
Participate actively in school events, celebrations, workshops, and training sessions.




Maintain required classroom records and documentation.
Coordinate with fellow teachers and school management to ensure smooth functioning of the classroom.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / ECCE / NTT / Montessori / D.El.Ed. or relevant qualification.
Prior experience in preschool teaching is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, and child-friendly nature.
Creative and enthusiastic approach towards teaching.
Good classroom management skills.
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
