Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve loan disbursement targets. Identify potential markets, industries, and customer segments.
Lead Generation & Business Development Generate leads through direct sourcing, partnerships, referrals, and networking, Build solid relationships with channel partners (e.g., DSA, brokers).
Client Relationship Management Meet with prospective clients to understand financing needs, Guide clients through the loan application process, Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
