Visa Counsellor – Chandigarh

We are hiring a Visa Counsellor for our Day Shift team in Chandigarh. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients, assessing visa profiles, handling documentation, and managing international client queries.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding visa categories, eligibility, and documentation.
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable study or tourist visa options.
Prepare and review visa applications for accuracy and completeness.
Handle client queries through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Maintain case records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Stay updated with relevant immigration rules, regulations, and policy changes.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor.
Experience in Study Visa Counselling is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Solid English communication and client-handling skills.




Valuable knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
Detail-oriented, confident, and able to work independently.
