Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and hospital quality standards.
Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation activities.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Communication & Coordination
Collaborate with doctors, allied health specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Ensure effective handover during shift changes.
Address patient and attendant concerns professionally.
