Manage telephonic conversations with customers to collect outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
Meet daily targets for collection calls made and amount collected. Min 1 year of experience mandatory in collection process.
English and Hindi languages
6 working days & 1 rotational off
No PF and Incentives.
