Junior Vendor Manager Translation & Localization

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan | Work Mode: In-Office | Experience: 02 Years | Full time

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Vendor Manager to support vendor and resource management for our Translation & Localisation projects.

What You'll Do
Source and onboard freelance translators, linguists, proofreaders, editors and interpreters.
Build and maintain a strong vendor database and talent pool.
Communicate with vendors regarding availability, rates, project requirements and deadlines.
Support Senior Vendor Managers with resource allocation and urgent project requirements.
Track vendor performance, follow-ups and project deliverables.
Maintain vendor records and prepare basic MIS/reporting.
Coordinate with Project Managers and internal teams.

What We're Looking For
02 years of experience in Vendor Management, Recruitment/Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Coordination or similar roles.
Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply.




Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
Strong sourcing, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable communicating with international vendors and working across time zones.

Important This is NOT a traditional HR or internal recruitment role.

You will not recruit company employees. You will build and manage a network of freelance language professionals for client projects.

Think: Vendor Sourcing + Resource Coordination + Vendor Relationship Management.
