Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Vmc Machine operator for precision manufacturing of orthopaedic surgical instruments and implants.

Role & responsibilities: Operate and monitor Vmc machines for precision machining.

Handle HAAS and Mitsubishi controllers.

Practical experience in 4th Axis and 5th Axis machining.

Perform machine setup, tool setting, work offsets, and fixture alignment.

Read engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.

Select cutting tools and set machining parameters.

Perform in- process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge etc.

Maintain required accuracy, surface finish and product quality.

Preferred candidate profile: VMC Machine operator, solid knowledge of HAAS, Mitsubishi controllers, Positive practical knowledge of 4th Axis and 5th Axis VMC, Knowledge of CNC tooling, fixtures, offsets and cutting parameters.
