Invoice Processing & Exception Management
Identification of discrepancies through system reports




Research & Analysis and reporting of various kind of invoice discrepancies & exception
Regular contact with Buying Group/ Vendors to resolve discrepancies through e-mails/phone
Resolve queries of Invoice Processing team
Provide requested information to Supervisor for all internal & external audits
Provide quality customer service via processing

Communication Skills-• Ability to communicate well with outside parties over the telephone.• Ability to write Invoice exceptions.• Ability to communicate well with buyers and vendors.
