2–5 years' experience in Business Development within advertising, marketing communications, or digital marketingn
Proven track record in acquiring current clientsn
Excellent communication,



presentation and negotiation skillsn
Robust networking and prospecting abilitiesn
Proficiency in English and Kannadan
Comfort using AI tools for prospecting, outreach, and researchn

n Compensation: ₹5–6 LPA + performance-based incentives
nThis role reports directly to [leadership/founder] with a explicit path to a senior BD or leadership position as you build out the client base.
