Create accurate 3D VMC programs using Powermill / Delcam software
Minimum 5+ years of experience in VMC Programming
Should have knowledge and experience of using 4th Axis
Design Machining Fixtures, jigs and setups
Select cutting tools, parameters, speeds, and feeds for productive machining
Plan machining sequences and ensure quality output as per drawing specifications
Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle times
Act as Production in Charge, leading day to day production activities.
Allocate jobs, manage machine engagement, and ensure optimal resource utilization
Reduce machine downtime through proactive planning and quick problem-solving
Monitor and improve production Efficiency and output on a daily basis

Qualification : Minimum Diploma Mechanical / BE Mechanical Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
