Conduct initial assessment of patients admitted to the ward.
Take patient history, perform physical examination, and document findings.
Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and treatment progress.
Carry out consultant instructions and ensure timely implementation of treatment plans.
Review investigation reports and escalate abnormal findings to the concerned consultant.
Attend to patient complaints and clinical concerns promptly.
Identify any deterioration in the patient's condition and immediately inform the treating consultant.
Attend to medical emergencies in the ward and initiate appropriate emergency management.
Perform/assist with procedures as per competency and hospital protocols.
Ensure timely administration of medications, IV fluids, injections, and other prescribed treatments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
