Supervise and manage Employees and maintain discipline.
Ensure safety, security, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the hostel.
Maintain attendance, leave records, room allotment, and other registers.
Monitor daily routines, study hours, meals, and hostel activities.
Address Employees concerns and resolve routine issues.
Coordinate with parents/guardians, teachers, security staff, housekeeping, and management when required.
Handle emergencies and ensure appropriate medical or security assistance.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
Prepare reports regarding incidents, attendance, maintenance, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and safety procedures.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
