Key Responsibilities: Install and configure broadband/Wi-Fi connections at customer locations. Perform cable laying, wiring, drilling and connector installation. Install routers, ONTs and other networking equipment. Troubleshoot basic connectivity and wiring issues. Visit customer locations and complete installations within the given TAT. Maintain proper safety and quality standards. Provide basic guidance to customers on Wi-Fi usage.
Skills Required: Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and networking. Valuable communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel to customer locations. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
