We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to provide excellent dining service. The ideal candidate should ensure guests have a pleasant experience by taking orders accurately, serving food promptly, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat customers with a positive attitude.
Present the menu and explain dishes when required.
Take customer orders accurately using the POS/KOT system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
Handle customer requests and resolve minor complaints courteously.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery.
Process bills and assist with payments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
Follow restaurant SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter (preferred).
Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English/Marathi is an advantage.
Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Versatile to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
