Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, statutory compliances, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and accurately record financial transactions.
Handle sales/purchase invoicing, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Perform regular bank reconciliation and maintain proper banking records.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and maintain GST, TDS and other statutory records/compliances.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate for timely settlements.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding accounting-related matters.
Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports,



financial statements, and audit requirements.
Maintain proper accounting documents, vouchers, invoices, and supporting records.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company accounting procedures.
Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable.
Experience in Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Candidates with experience in Shipping, Logistics, Transport, or related industries will be preferred.
