Role & responsibilities :
Conduct initial assessment and regular monitoring of admitted patients.
Attend emergency calls and provide immediate medical management.
Monitor vital signs and identify deterioration in patient condition.
Inform the concerned consultant regarding critical/abnormal findings.
Implement consultant orders and prescribed treatment plans.
Review investigation reports and communicate significant findings.
Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and progress notes.
Ensure proper shift handover and effective coordination with nursing staff.
Follow hospital SOPs, NABH, infection control and patient safety protocols.
Maintain qualified conduct, confidentiality, punctuality and discipline.
