CNC Operator Jewellery Manufacturing

Role Purpose To operate CNC Turning Machines efficiently and accurately for jewellery manufacturing, ensuring smooth production, dimensional accuracy, minimum material loss, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate Solanki FX II CNC Machines for jewellery manufacturing.
Perform L2 facing, turning and boring operations.
Handle ring and bangle components as per specifications.
Perform ID radius and width measurements using Sizer and Vernier Caliper.
Monitor production output and gross loss.
Maintain daily production and tally records.
Ensure quality, safety and SOP compliance.

Qualification and Experience
ITI / Diploma in CNC, Mechanical, Turning or a related field will be preferred.
Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in jewellery CNC operations may also be considered.
35 years of relevant experience in CNC machine operations.
Experience in jewellery manufacturing is preferred.




Solanki FX II Machine experience is highly preferred/mandatory.

Willingness to follow company SOPs, safety guidelines and quality standards.
