Key Responsibilities
Drive Personal Loan sales through customer acquisition and lead conversion.
Generate leads through field visits, references and assigned leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Candidate Profile
2–3 years of sales experience is mandatory.
Experience in field sales, relationship management, retail sales, insurance, telecom, automobile, consumer finance or other target-based sales is relevant.
Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable with field sales and sales targets.
Willing to build a career in Personal Loan sales.
Prior Personal Loan experience is not mandatory.
