Position: International Voice Process Executive

Department: Customer Support / BPO

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
Communicate with customers professionally and resolve their queries.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or accounts.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain excellent customer service and meet quality standards.
Document customer interactions and update information in the CRM/system.
Follow company policies, scripts, and process guidelines.
Achieve assigned performance targets such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with international customers.




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Candidates with BPO/customer-service experience are preferred; freshers may also be considered depending on the process.
