Responsibilities




Collating Income Tax Returns, Extensions and Miscellaneous Information Returns
SafeSend Assembly including SafeSend Delivery to the client
E-filing and timely addressing e-file rejections and schema validation errors
1099, 1042, 8027 processing and e-filing
Verifying Return and Extension e-file acceptance and saving E-file Confirmations in CCH Document
Saving signed e-file authorizations in CCH Document
Setting up new clients in tax-related systems – Axcess Tax, XCM (CCH Workflow), Avalara, etc.
XCM Due Date List Maintenance, setting up tasks in XCM, updating staffing at the client level in XCM, updating Client Groups in XCM
Creating SurePrep Binders
SurePrep Verification

Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as a team player
Must be able to juggle multiple projects
Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively handle stressful situations
