Key Job Responsibilities

Workshop Floor Management
To be a part of Preparing Technician Team List.
Monitor activities at Two Tech and Express bay.

Service marketing Management.
Track and Ensure maximum output from SMR Team.
Support the Service Marketing Team for difficult Cases.

Post Service follow up Management
Monitor all Service Advisor has done 3 rd Day PSF.




Randomly call the customers and understand their satisfaction Level.

Front Office Management
Ensure the front office staff greeting and direct appropriately.
Auditing Policies and Procedure.
Monthly Cross checks the registers and find out the accuracy
