Position: Hotel Manager

Location: Resort & Banquet Hall

Experience: 5+ Years preferred

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Hotel Manager to manage the overall operations of our Resort & Banquet Hall.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hotel, resort, and banquet operations.
Supervise and coordinate front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and banquet teams.
Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
Manage banquet bookings, events, weddings, parties, and corporate functions.
Handle staff scheduling, training, discipline, and performance.
Monitor inventory, purchases, operating costs, and daily expenses.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and event organizers.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
Resolve guest complaints and operational issues professionally.




Achieve revenue and occupancy targets while maintaining service quality.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Hotel Manager / Resort Manager / Banquet Manager.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Valuable knowledge of hotel and banquet operations.
Ability to manage multiple events and operational activities simultaneously.
Presentable, skilled, and service-oriented personality.
