Understanding the latent needs of the given Manpower requirement. (sourcing &screening;)
Coordinating with client & candidates for interviews and selection
Coordinating with the client for the smooth functioning of the recruitment process
Maintain profile database for easy retrieval of data for the client
Maintaining and updating all MIS formats on time
Establish client relationship and rapport for meeting the project objectives
Participating in HR Forums to Build Network & Connect with Potential Clients
Maintaining Client Relationship (Periodical Visits, Taking Feedback, Keeping in Touch)
Anchoring Brand Building / Product Campaigning Activities with marketing teams help
Timely Management of Invoices and Collection
Timely Submission of MIS Reports to the Reporting Manager
Adhering to the CT Hiring and MyPDCA Portal without any Deviation (internal portal)




Doing Market Mapping and Identifying Business Prospects

Secondary Responsibilities
Enhancing the LinkedIn Connections
Participating in the Special Initiatives of CareerTree
Many others as the business demands from time to time.
