About the RoleWe are looking for a YouTube Manager to manage, optimize, and grow our YouTube channels. The candidate will be responsible for content publishing, YouTube SEO, analytics, audience engagement, and overall channel growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of YouTube channels.
Upload and publish long-form videos, podcasts, Shorts, and other content.
Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, playlists, chapters, and thumbnails.
Develop and maintain a YouTube content calendar.
Monitor YouTube Studio analytics including views, watch time, CTR, retention, and subscribers.
Analyse content performance and suggest strategies for better reach and engagement.
Research YouTube trends, competitors, keywords, and audience preferences.
Coordinate with content, creative, editing,



and production teams for timely publishing.
Manage comments, Community posts, and audience engagement.
Prepare regular performance reports and growth insights.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in YouTube Management / Digital Media / Content Management.
Valuable understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content strategy.
Knowledge of YouTube Studio and digital content trends.
Robust communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple content pieces and meet deadlines.
Experience with podcasts, interviews, or media channels will be an advantage.
