Job Description:
Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities.
Coordinate across business, operations, technology, compliance, and client teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Manage onboarding plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during onboarding.
Drive issue resolution and ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
Provide regular status updates and progress reports to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of project management experience with client onboarding, implementation, or transition programs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust coordination and relationship management capabilities.




Experience working directly with clients and senior business stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple onboarding initiatives simultaneously.
Financial Services / Banking domain experience preferred.
