Role Description

This is a full time, in office role for an F&B; Guest Service Associate located in Sakleshpur. The F&B; Guest Service Associate will be responsible for managing guest services, handling reservations, and ensuring a high level of customer service.



Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, taking reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications
Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service skills
Experience with handling Reservations
Solid Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
