Key Responsibilities
Own India recent logo and ARR targets, including personal responsibility for strategic deals.
Build, hire, coach and develop a high-performing sales organization.
Lead Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and a 12-member BDR team.
Develop and execute the India sales strategy across multiple service lines, with a strong focus on Domestic Payroll.
Manage consultative sales processes with senior stakeholders including CHROs, CFOs and HR/Finance leaders.
Personally manage strategic and enterprise opportunities from discovery through closure.
Build a strong, qualified pipeline with a focus on pipeline quality and conversion.
Drive accurate forecasting and maintain CRM discipline using HubSpot.
Apply MEDDPICC methodology across the sales organization.
Partner with Marketing, Operations, Client Success and Solutions teams to develop customized client proposals.
Represent the organization at industry events and speaking engagements as a senior market representative.
Position payroll,



payment assurance and compliance capabilities effectively within the market.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of sales experience, preferably in India Domestic Payroll.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding current logo and ARR targets.
Experience selling Global Payroll, EOR or workforce globalization solutions.
Proven experience in sales leadership, team building and coaching.
Solid experience handling enterprise and consultative sales cycles.
Ability to engage and negotiate with CXO-level stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM, forecasting and pipeline management; HubSpot is an advantage.
Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology.
Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Ability to work as a player-coach, balancing individual sales targets with team leadership.
