Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Independently carry out surveying works (layout, levelling, setting out etc).
Manage and supervise civil works including RCC, masonry, finishing, and external development.
Verify survey data, dimensions, and elevations against GFC drawings and report discrepancies.
Prepare work measurements, quantity take-offs, and material reconciliation.
Review and certify subcontractor bills based on actual work and measurements.
Ensure quality assurance & quality control (QA/QC) at each stage of work.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory, and environmental guidelines at site.
