Job Description – Billing Executive
Location: Shivala, Patna
Industry: Automobile
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage customer invoices and billing records.
Generate GST bills and ensure accurate documentation.
Maintain daily sales and billing reports.
Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for billing-related activities.
Handle billing software and maintain data accuracy.
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and transactions.
Requirements:
Graduate or Intermediate with relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of billing processes and GST invoicing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software.
Valuable attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Robust communication and coordination abilities.
