We seek a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote our crane rental services and generate current business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, manufacturing, and related industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations for crane rental services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Travel in the region and outside the region to make new client relationships
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, or equipment rental industry.
Solid understanding of crane operations and their applications. Or must be a rapid learner about new business or product.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Other Requisites:
a) Salary: 30,000 to 40,000
b) Candidates from states other than Chhattisgarh are preferred
c) Experience of a minimum of 5 years as a Sales Operative in a related service or sales company
