Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic Assistant F&B; Manager to support our Food & Beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role involves assisting in managing restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service while ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management : Support daily F&B; operations across outlets and events.
Guest Satisfaction : Maintain high service standards and address guest needs promptly.
Team Development : Assist in training and supervising staff to ensure consistent performance.
Inventory & Cost Control : Monitor supplies, manage requisitions, and support budget control.
Event Support : Coordinate F&B; requirements for banquets and special functions.

Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
6+ years of F&B; experience, including 2 years in a Managerial role.
Solid knowledge of service standards and event operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
