We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Cake Bakery Store & Café. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure efficient functioning of the outlet
Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets
Manage inventory, stock levels, and product availability
Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards
Coordinate with management regarding store performance and operational requirements




Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a bakery, café, food retail, or QSR workplace
Solid leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Konkani preferred
Ability to handle store operations, staff management, customer service, and sales activities
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
