Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a team-oriented and positive work environment
Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient progress and outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Provide health education and support to patients and their families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits




Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Assist in training and orientation of new nursing staff
Manage nursing shifts and allocate staff effectively to meet patient care needs

Skills and Tools Required:
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing license
Proven experience in a clinical nursing role, preferably in a senior or supervisory position
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a nursing team
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology
Knowledge of current best practices in nursing care and patient safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations effectively
CPR and First Aid certification, with additional certifications in specialized nursing areas being a plus
