Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with 5+ years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate should have solid expertise in architectural design, project coordination, and execution of high-quality residential developments.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural design development for residential projects.
Prepare and review concept designs, working drawings, and detailed architectural plans.
Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP teams, project teams, and clients.
Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with project requirements.
Provide technical guidance during project execution and site coordination.
Review drawings, specifications, and material selections.




Ensure compliance with building regulations and construction standards.

Requirements:
B.Arch qualification with 05+ years of experience in residential construction projects.
Solid knowledge of architectural planning, design, and construction processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, and architectural software.
Experience handling luxury residential projects will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
