Key Requirements
Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills – No compromise.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service / customer support.
Robust ability to handle inbound calls on a daily basis.
Comfortable working in high-pressure and stressful environments .
Willingness to work in adaptable shifts , including rotational shifts.
Robust adaptability and learning mindset .
