Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our CALICUT branch operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, driving admissions, and ensuring overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
Lead, train, and manage the counselling and sales team
Drive student admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets
Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities
Maintain reports and coordinate with head office

Requirements:




Any Degree (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience in edtech, counselling, or team handling
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic computer and reporting skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in EdTech or education sector
Team management and leadership ability
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
