We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales activities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.
Manage and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Guide and support team members to improve sales performance.
Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Prepare and share regular sales performance reports.
Identify current business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of deals.




RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Valuable leadership and team-handling skills.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Positive knowledge of Gurugram/Delhi NCR market will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
