Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales / BFSI Sales
CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Drive sales and business development through field activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify current business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Monitor market activities and team performance.
Provide regular guidance and support to team members.

Candidate Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
2+ years of relevant Field Sales / BFSI experience.
Team-handling experience will be an advantage.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Target-oriented approach with positive market knowledge.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
