Insight Global is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer / Data Engineer to support a large-scale data transformation and enablement initiative. This individual will serve as a key bridge between source systems and reporting teams, helping ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Snowflake and SQL, with a solid background in data transformation, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and data quality initiatives. This role will focus on preparing and transforming data from multiple sources, troubleshooting data discrepancies, defining business logic, and delivering trusted datasets that power analytics and reporting solutions.This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with business stakeholders to identify issues and deliver solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain data transformation processes within SnowflakeAnalyze and reconcile data discrepancies across multiple source systemsPerform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify data quality and reporting issuesDevelop and optimize complex SQL queries to support business requirementsPrepare, cleanse, and transform data for downstream analytics and reporting teamsDefine and document business logic, data definitions, and transformation rulesTroubleshoot data integration and reporting issues across various systemsCollaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and deliver solutionsAutomate data validation, reconciliation, and quality control processesEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within the analytics environmentSupport enterprise transformation initiatives by enabling trusted,
