NWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manufacturing Technology Project Manager, APAC to join our Project Management Department. This position is based in Bangalore. NAbout the Role: NThe Manufacturing Technology Project Manager – APAC is responsible for leading and supporting the regional Operations strategy by driving the development, implementation, and standardization of advanced manufacturing technologies and processes for molded elastomer parts, O-rings, multi-component products, Rubber-to-Metal (R2M), Rubber-to-Plastic (R2P), Liquid Silicone Rubber-to-Plastic (LSR2P), plastic components, and other strategic manufacturing initiatives.



NThis role plays a key part in advancing the Process Development Center (PDC) concept by leading process innovation, conducting applied research, optimizing manufacturing processes, and aligning technology development with the product line strategy. The position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and implementing state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across the APAC region. NThe role also ensures effective project management, process documentation, knowledge transfer, technical training, and the deployment of best practices to support global manufacturing standards and continuous improvement initiatives. NRoles and Responsibilities: Nn Bachelor's degreein mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. N Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies for rubber, plastics, and Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR). Hands-on experience with injection molding, rubber over molding of plastic components, and multi-component manufacturing processes is highly desirable. N 8–12 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting, with proven expertise in manufacturing process development, industrialization, and project management.



N Demonstrated experiencein leading cross-functional manufacturing technology projects from concept through production implementation, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder alignment. N Experience with manufacturing process optimization, tooling development, automation, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred. NnCompetencies: Nn Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in one or more Asian languages is considered an advantage. N Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams across the APAC region. N Willingness to travel extensively to manufacturing sites across the APAC region and globally to support project implementation, supplier development, and operational excellence initiatives.
