NDescription: Nn Provide exceptional traveler care and customer service to our clients N Accurately complete endto end International travel requirements for air, hotel,car, rail. N Incumbent should have valuable knowledge of international critical itineraries (Geographical Knowledge is mandatory) N Open to work in flexible environment, roster off, weekend working, public holidays and festivals N Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere SLA N Excellent communicationskills (Both Written and Verbal)



N Providing consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage. N Counsel clients on efficient routings for lowest available fares and preferred carrier usage in coordination with the clients business travel policies wherever necessary. N Research and resolve client inquiries/issues at point of sale. Coach, develop and mentor peers, new and/or junior Travel Consultants N Deliver expectations against individual and shared team key performance indicators N Embrace the role of providing a superior consultative value to clients N Should be team player and manage show alone if required N Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage NnMust Have: Nn Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Travelport. N Excellent communicationskills (Both Written and Verbal) N Flexible working in rotational shifts that include night shifts. N
