Job DescriptionThe Dy. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team at Universal Ai University, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the institution. The Dy. CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure sound fiscal management, and support the university's mission of academic excellence and innovation in artificial intelligence education. NKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership Nn Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the university's vision and long-term goals. N Advise the President, Board of Trustees, and executive team on financial planning, risk management, and investment opportunities. N Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities. NnFinancial Management Nn Oversee all accounting, budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting activities. N Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and university policies. N Manage cash flow, investments, endowments, and debt financing. N Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions as needed. NnOperational Oversight Nn Supervise finance, accounting, procurement, and related administrative staff. N Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard university assets. N Oversee the preparationof financial statements, reports,



and analyses for internal and external stakeholders. NnStakeholder Engagement Nn Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, banks, investment managers, and regulatory agencies. N Present financial updates and reports to the Board of Trustees and university leadership. N Support fundraising, grant management, and resource development activities. NnInnovation & Technology Nn Drive the adoption of financial technologies and data analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making. N Collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to optimize resource allocation for AI-driven initiatives. NnQualificationsn N CA with an MBA in Finance (Preferred) N Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in higher education or a related sector. N Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis. N Robust knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in university finance. N Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. N Experience with technology-driven organizations and/or AI-related initiatives is highly desirable.
