Job Role: Service Now Project Manager
Work Mode: Remote

Contract for 6 Months

Mandatory: Service Now Project Manager with strong experience in Implementation Project context

- Global implementation of Service Now Workplace Service Delivery across ~50 locations.
- Focus on portfolio lifecycle, implementation tracking, reporting, testing, deployment, go live & hypercare.
- Solid in portfolio lifecycle management, implementation tracking, RAID & status reporting, cutover/go live coordination.
- Experience in digital/IT platform implementations (Service Now or similar), vendor management, Jira/Confluence, Agile + waterfall.
