Job Title: CSV Engineer

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Duration: Fulltime

Salary Range: 15 LPA to 20 LPA

Position Overview

- We are seeking an experienced CSV Engineer with strong expertise in SAP Testing, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Playwright Automation to support a global quality assurance and compliance program.
- This role will be responsible for validating regulated enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving automation initiatives across SAP platforms and associated business applications.
- The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, QA teams, functional SMEs, and technical teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business processes, regulatory requirements, and SAP system landscapes.
- Execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including:
- Installation Qualification (IQ)
- Operational Qualification (OQ)
- Performance Qualification (PQ)

- Develop and maintain validation deliverables, including:

- Validation Plans
- Validation Protocols




- Traceability Matrices
- Validation Summary Reports

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for SAP applications.
- Build, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Collaborate with business users, functional SMEs, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and validation needs.
- Participate in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and test reporting.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as GxP and company quality policies.
- Support audit readiness initiatives and validation documentation reviews.
- Perform defect identification, root-cause analysis, retesting, and validation of fixes.
- Provide regular QA and validation status updates to project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Qualifications

- 4 6 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) and SAP Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience working with SAP business processes and SAP enterprise applications.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright.

Strong understanding of:

- GxP Compliance
- Validation Lifecycle Methodologies
- IQ / OQ / PQ Processes
- Experience with testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile delivery models.
- Experience in both UI Testing and API Testing.




- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as:
- qTest
- JIRA
- ALM
- Similar QA tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Candidates with the following experience will be highly preferred:
- SAP S/4HANA testing experience.
- SAP Fiori testing expertise.
- Knowledge of:
- FDA 21 CFR Part 11
- GAMP 5
- Other regulated industry validation frameworks
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms and modern testing technologies.
- Solid documentation, compliance, and audit support experience.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
