- Candidates from a reputed organisation / e-commerce company operating at a large scale
- Must have experience as part of a lateral hiring
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
- Should have independently handled 15 20+ positions per month.
- Valuable understanding of end-to-end lateral hiring and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
