Educational Qualification
- Commerce graduate or postgraduate with first class grade
Technical Skills
- Up to 1 year work experience in back-office process
- SAP CRM knowledge preferable
- Shared service background will be an advantage
Soft Skills
- Solid business communication (written and verbal )
- MS office tools proficiency
- Good interpersonal skills
