ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts, Researchers & Operations Specialists for a writing-intensive customer project focused on analytical thinking, research, professional judgment, and business communication.

You will contribute real-world professional expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI systems. Prior AI/ML experience is NOT mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business scenarios, decisions, trade-offs and outcomes.

• Analyze data using Excel, SQL or similar tools where applicable.
• Prepare reports, research summaries, business documents and process documentation.
• Apply professional judgment and communicate complex findings clearly in writing.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Candidates with 6–7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Research, Operations Management, Market/Policy Research or related analytical fields, with solid professional English and documentation skills.
