Requirements

- Experience: 4+ Years
- Strong experience in Service Now Testing and Automation, particularly Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Hands-on experience in testing Service Now GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) module.
- Experience in testing through Service Now platform upgrades and releases.
- Demonstrated experience performing end-to-end testing (manual and automated) in accordance with established software testing life cycle (STLC) methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes.
- Good understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, including API testing and automation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of Service Now ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
- Good to have experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Test Complete, or Robot Framework.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Service Now CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is mandatory.
- Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and maintain automated test scripts using Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Ensure the quality, reliability,



and stability of Service Now applications and modules through effective test automation.
- Collaborate with business and project teams to understand requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Execute manual and automated test cases and document test results accurately.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Service Now applications.
- Conduct testing of Service Now GRC module and validate related workflows, controls, and business processes.
- Perform testing across ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
- Support validation and testing activities during Service Now platform upgrades and releases.
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects through their lifecycle until closure.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve testing issues and ensure application quality.
- Validate REST and SOAP API integrations and support API automation testing activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Provide testing status updates, metrics, and reports to project stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, frameworks, and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
