Essential Skills: Digital : SAP Success Factors - Employee Central (SF-EC)
Implementation Leadership Lead and manage full-cycle SAP Success Factors EC projects - planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Configuration & Customization Design and configure EC modules for core HR processes (organizational management, time off, global assignments). Maintain configuration workbooks and functional specifications.
Integration Management Configure and manage integrations with other Success Factors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals) and external systems (SAP CPI, payroll, third-party HR tools).
Client Engagement Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with client stakeholders. Provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Troubleshooting & Support Resolve complex EC issues, perform error analysis, and ensure compliance with data privacy/security regulations.
