The Advertising Lever Specialist team is a multilingual team supporting Sellers enrolled in the Strategic Account Services (SAS) program. The SAS program partners with growing businesses on Amazon, providing strategic consultancy through a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-obsessed approach across different levers, including Advertising.

As team lead for the Advertising Lever Specialist team, you will lead a team of currently seven Lever Specialists. They support SAS-enrolled Sellers in their local language across five European markets, helping them manage a book of business of up to 50 Sellers through Advertising campaign creation and optimization.

Key job responsibilities
. Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Advertising specialists covering five European markets.
. Set team dynamics and SOPs, including definition of the scorecard, aligned with SAS and Advertising teams.
. Set clear performance objectives, track performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
. Identify training and development needs and implement upskilling initiatives.
. Provide one-to-one support and ongoing development to the team.
. Monitor team productivity and quality of work, and implement process improvements.
. Collaborate with SAS and Advertising teams to identify issues and remove blockers.
. Analyze data to track team performance and inform decision-making.
. Identify opportunities to improve Advertising support for SAS-enrolled Sellers.
. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Prepare documentation on best practices, procedures, and frameworks for innovation.

A day in the life
Your days are varied and fast-paced. You might start the morning on a meeting with a team member, helping them align on weekly priorities with the Sellers they support. Later, you will join a call with the SAS Advertising module lead to review team and Seller performance, sharing wins and troubleshooting challenges together. In between, you will have focused time with a team member to build a tailored Advertising plan for a Seller in the book of business, using AI-powered tools to work efficiently and surface insights faster. You will also attend specialized Advertising training to sharpen your expertise, or join a development session to keep growing professionally.

The Advertising Lever Specialist team has ambitious plans to support SAS Sellers in Advertising. We are continuing to support more SAS-enrolled Sellers, driving their growth through Advertising and improving their overall Advertising experience on Amazon. The team operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, and you will have the opportunity to shape strategy at a European level, own high-impact projects,



and develop recognized expertise alongside high-potential teammates. You will work alongside talented colleagues across Europe in a team that values ownership, innovation, and delivering exceptional results for our Sellers.

Basic qualifications
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
. Experience within e-commerce, Retail, or Advertising fields
. Three or more years of professional non-internship marketing experience, preferably as a team lead in an Advertising organization
. Experience managing teams, helping them grow and deliver results
. Experience exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
. Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
. Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation
. Solid analytical skills including Microsoft Excel

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of partnering with cross functional teams experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
